The Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania shall be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any claim between the parties, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. In any action to enforce these Terms of Use, Lisa Hark and Darwin Deen shall be entitled to court costs and attorneys fees. If any of the provisions of this agreement are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction not to be enforceable, then such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
