Dr. Lisa Hark is a nationally recognized nutrition expert with extensive experience working with medical schools to integrate nutrition content across the 4-year curriculum. If you are looking to update your medical school nutrition content to meet the LCME Curriculum Standards, Dr. Hark can help.

The 13 chapters and 29 cases are self-study content and can be assigned to medical students in years 1, 2, 3, and 4 during basic science courses and clinical rotations. Electronic content can be posted on your web-based learning platform and accessed by students anytime.

We have developed over 250 multiple choice questions corresponding to each chapter and case, which faculty can use for assessment.
